The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and backend integration using Node.js and AWS. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Build conversational AI solutions with custom topics, generative AI capabilities, entities, variables, and conversation flows. Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure AI services, and third-party enterprise applications. Develop custom connectors and REST API integrations using Node.js. Enable backend integrations with AWS services for business workflows and data processing. Configure authentication, security, and role-based access for enterprise chatbot solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-powered conversational experiences. Optimize copilot performance, conversation quality, and user experience. Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvements. Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance on AI chatbot solutions.
