The brand operates in the FMCG / Food & Beverage / Luxury Gifting segment and is expanding its business operations with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage daily accounting operations at Le Pure Chocolatier. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Zoho Books, GST compliance, bookkeeping, and financial record management with the ability to independently handle accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

● Handle sales and purchase entries in Zoho Books.

● Prepare GST workings and coordinate GST filing activities.





● Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

● Manage vendor payments, receivables tracking, and account follow-ups.

● Generate invoices, e-way bills, and financial reports.

● Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

● Support monthly closing activities and audit requirements.

● Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

● Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for finance-related activities.

Required Skills:

● 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting operations.

● Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.

● Strong knowledge of GST filing and compliance.

● Good understanding of TDS, taxation, invoices, and reconciliation.

● Experience in bookkeeping and accounting entries.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

● Robust attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
