Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, online research, data mining, and database management. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, sourcing decision-makers, maintaining accurate prospect databases, and supporting our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, company websites, and other online platforms.

Source and verify business email addresses, phone numbers, and decision-maker contact information.

Build, update, and maintain lead databases using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.

Conduct internet research to identify new companies, clients, and business opportunities.

Categorize and segment leads based on industry, geography, company size, and predefined business criteria.

Validate prospect information and ensure database accuracy by removing duplicate or outdated records.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead tracking reports.

Achieve assigned lead generation and research targets within deadlines.

Support the Sales and Business Development teams with prospect research and market intelligence.

Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



for data collection, validation, and lead management.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling prospect and company information.

Perform additional research and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Contribute proactively to the growth and success of eQOURSE through quality work and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Web Research, Data Mining, Market Research, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Search, company databases, and online research techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

Excellent internet research and data verification skills.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity targets.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools.

Familiarity with CRM platforms.

Basic understanding of B2B sales and business development.

Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
