## Job Summary

Across Men's Ethnic is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **HR Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

* Coordinate employee onboarding and induction activities.

* Assist in attendance management and leave records.

* Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

* Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.

* Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

* Handle general HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

## Eligibility

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

* **Freshers are welcome to apply.**





* Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment are also encouraged to apply.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office is required.
