Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications through manual testing and AI-assisted testing techniques. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable using AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and test coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and software applications.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
- Conduct functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to generate test cases, analyze requirements, and improve testing efficiency.
- Validate application functionality against business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure product quality before release.
- Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with manual testing concepts and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their application in software testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Freshers with relevant training or certifications are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Jira, Trello, or other bug-tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with test automation concepts is an added advantage.
