We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Vendor Management Executive to build and maintain a strong vendor network for our recycling and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the polymer, plastic, or recycling industry and possess excellent coordination and data management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand the vendor network across assigned regions.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Manage vendor documentation, database, and records with accuracy.
- Coordinate and negotiate vendor terms, pricing, and commercial conditions.
- Ensure all vendor agreements and terms & conditions are documented and followed.
- Track vendor performance and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and engagement targets.
- Prepare and update reports on vendor activities and progress.
Required Skills
- Strong Vendor Management and Relationship Building skills.
- Excellent networking and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of maintaining data records and documentation.
- Understanding of vendor agreements and commercial terms.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Industry Preference: Polymer, Plastic, Recycling, Waste Management, or Manufacturing.
- Fresh ideas, willingness to learn, and strong execution skills are highly valued.
