- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net technologies.
- Robust understanding of software development principles and application architecture.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with database design and integration within .Net applications.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
