We are looking for a results-driven, articulate Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for businesses requiring third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain solutions, and commercial warehousing space. Your primary objective will be to identify business needs, pitch our storage and distribution capabilities, and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outbound Calling

- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients (e.g., e-commerce brands, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers).
- Pitch our comprehensive service suite, including B2B/B2C fulfillment, ambient warehousing, cross-docking, and last-mile delivery.
- Identify decision-makers (Supply Chain Managers, Logistics Heads, Operations Directors, Business Owners) within target organizations.

2. Lead Qualification & Customer Assessment

- Understand prospects' current supply chain pain points (e.g., inventory inaccuracies,



delayed shipping, high storage costs, capacity constraints).
- Qualify leads based on their monthly order volumes, required pallet spaces, geographic distribution needs, and timeline.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, call outcomes, and pipeline stages in our CRM system.

3. Collaboration & Conversion

- Schedule high-value meetings, site visits, or discovery calls for our Senior Business Development Managers.
- Follow up diligently on inbound web inquiries, marketing campaigns, and trade show leads.
- Achieve or exceed daily key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding talk time, dials made, and qualified opportunities generated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
