Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for EMI and overdue payments.
- Make collection calls, send WhatsApp reminders, and conduct field visits if required.
- Identify defaulters and report them to the concerned team on time.
- Achieve monthly collection targets as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, payments, and customer feedback.
- Handle all interactions with customers in a polite and qualified manner.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, English is a plus)
- Knowledge of smartphone apps (WhatsApp, GPS, Excel)
- Familiarity with local geography is a plus
