Description

We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Reports Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reports, dashboards, and data inquiries within the Acumatica ERP environment. You will bridge the gap between technical data structures and business requirements, ensuring stakeholders have the actionable insights needed to manage our Supply Chain and Financial operations effectively.

Responsibilities

- Report Development: Design and build complex reports using the Acumatica Report Designer (PXReport) and Generic Inquiries.
- Data Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and side panels to provide real-time visibility into operational metrics.
- Functional Expertise: Configure and customize reports specifically for Supply Chain workflows, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Sales Orders (SO), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Data Integrity & Querying: Utilize SQL/T-SQL to write complex queries, stored procedures, and views to support custom reporting requirements that go beyond standard report builder functionality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and department heads to translate business requirements into technical report specifications.

Optimization: Maintain and optimize existing reports to ensure performance efficiency and accuracy of financial and operational data.

Qualifications

- Acumatica Expertise: Strong proficiency in Acumatica Report Designer, Generic Inquiries, and Business Events.
- Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL/T-SQL, including experience with relational database schemas, complex joins, and query optimization.
- Domain Knowledge: Practical experience or understanding of ERP modules:
- Financials: GL, AP, AR.
- Supply Chain:



WMS, Inventory, and Sales Order Management.

- Technical Communication: Proven ability to document report logic and train end-users on utilizing dashboards and inquiries effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and data inconsistencies.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of Experience with Acumatica Customization Projects and DAC (Data Access Classes).
- Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools integrated with Acumatica via OData or SQL.
- Understanding of Acumatica’s integration services (Webhooks/REST API) for data extraction.
