Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that leverage the latest advancements in NLP and generative models to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of NLP and generative AI models for various business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance and optimize algorithms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in NLP and generative AI.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers within the team.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
- Contribute to the development of AI strategy and best practices within the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science,



Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data science with a focus on NLP and generative AI.
- Robust programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI architectures.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

- Experience deploying NLP and generative AI models in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Publications or contributions to the AI/NLP research community.
