Job Descritpion of Oracle Fusion Distributed Order Orchestration Engineer
8 to 10 Years Relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Support:
Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP – SCM modules including Procurement (PO), Inventory (IN), Manufacturing (MFG), and Cost Accounting (CA).
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues. Verify Oracle configurations and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed.
- Integration Development:
Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).
- Customization & Reporting:
Customize and develop workflows, reports, and dashboards using PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Patch Management:
Analyze Oracle’s quarterly patch updates, perform impact analysis, and develop comprehensive test plans for regression testing.
- Collaboration:
Liaise with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide effective ERP solutions.
- Offshore-Onsite Coordination:
Collaborate and communicate across distributed teams to ensure seamless knowledge handoff and project continuity.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, especially in SCM modules (PO, IN, MFG, CA).
- Strong command over PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and OTBI reporting.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ATP for integration solutions.
- Robust understanding of Oracle quarterly patch processes and related testing procedures.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in onshore-offshore model coordination.
