Job Duties in Brief

- Tender Sourcing: Monitor various e-tendering portals, websites, and publications for recent leads and business opportunities. [1, 2]
- Documentation & Analysis: Carefully read and evaluate tender terms, technical specifications, and commercial requirements to ensure feasibility. [1, 2]
- Bid Preparation: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to prepare accurate cost estimates, technical write-ups, and commercial bids. [1, 2, 3]
- Submission: Prepare and submit documents online or offline, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, guidelines, and compliance rules. [1, 2]
- Vendor & EMD Management: Handle the payment of tender fees, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), and manage vendor registrations. [1]
- Post-Bid Follow-up: Track bid statuses, attend pre-bid meetings, and handle clarifications or negotiations with clients. [1, 2]




- Record Keeping: Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of all submitted tenders, contracts, and correspondence
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
- To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review;
- To coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments such as planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
