The Role

We’re hiring our first dedicated Marketing Lead — working remotely from India, directly with the founder

— to own the entire demand engine end-to-end and scale it profitably. This is a hands-on, AI-native,

player-coach role: you set the strategy, you run it, and you use AI to do the work of a team. We hire only

from the IIMs and IITs for this role.

What You’ll Own

- Performance marketing (your #1 lever) — plan and run paid across Meta (Advantage+,

catalog/DPA, prospecting + retargeting) and Google (PMax, Search, Shopping, Brand). Own budget

pacing, ROAS/MER and CAC.

- AI leverage — use Claude and AI across research, creative, analysis, reporting and automation to

run a lean, high-output growth engine.

- SEO & content — grow organic traffic and rankings across brand and category terms, in English

and Arabic.

- Social & influencer — drive organic social and a creator/partnership program that fits a luxury

audience.

- CRM & retention — own email and SMS (Klaviyo) — flows and campaigns that lift repeat rate and

lifetime value.





- Creative direction — brief, test and iterate ad creative (UGC, video, statics) toward our highest-

value brands and categories.

- Analytics & tracking — keep GA4, pixels and conversion tracking clean; run off a weekly growth

dashboard and decide from data.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

- Graduate of an IIM or IIT — this is a hard requirement for this role.
- 4–7 years in performance / growth marketing, ideally e-commerce, DTC or retail.
- Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a track record of scaling budgets to ROAS/CAC targets.
- AI-native and a Claude power-user — you already run growth work with AI (research, creative,

analysis, automation) and can show workflows or agents you’ve built.

- Strong analytics: fluent in GA4, tracking/attribution and working from dashboards.
- Full-funnel breadth — you’ve owned or closely run SEO, CRM/email and social, not just one channel.
- Thrive remotely with high autonomy and a daily overlap with UAE hours.

Nice-to-haves

- Luxury, fashion, beauty or other high-AOV category experience.
- GCC / Middle East market exposure; comfort with bilingual (English / Arabic) audiences.
- Klaviyo, Shopify, automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) etc
