* Manage and track sales leads generated through marketing and business development activities
* Coordinate with clients, prospects, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
* Prepare sales documents, proposals, reports, and presentations
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
* Support franchise expansion activities by handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating documentation
* Generate sales reports and performance metrics for management review
* Assist the sales team in closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships
* Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
* Process daily customer orders and coordinate product deliveries efficiently
* Ensure prompt follow-up with customers and maintain excellent service standards
* Suggest improvements to sales processes and customer experience initiatives
* Stay updated on product and service offerings to effectively support sales activities
Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, administration, or inside sales is preferred
