- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and equipment used in laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life science applications. The candidate will be responsible for creating 2D drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and supporting product development from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design mechanical components, assemblies, and sheet metal parts using CAD software.
- Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with production, electronics, quality, and procurement teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Modify and improve existing product designs based on customer requirements and engineering feedback.
- Select appropriate materials, standard components, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure designs comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support prototype development, testing, and product validation.




- Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and assembly.
- Maintain design revisions and document control.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, GD&T;, and engineering drawings.
- Experience in sheet metal, machined components, and mechanical assemblies.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, and assembly.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in designing laboratory, pharmaceutical, medical, or scientific equipment.
- Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication and hygienic design concepts.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, or other quality standards.
- Basic understanding of automation and electromechanical systems.

Pay: ₹11,554.94 - ₹46,424.85 per month
