We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking customized holiday packages, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages
- Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, and tour activities
- Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, and travel requirements
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and travel partners
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the travel journey
(These responsibilities are commonly expected in travel consultant roles like itinerary planning, bookings, and customer service.)
Requirements
- Minimum [0–3] years of experience in travel / holiday sales (Freshers can apply if trained)
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems / CRM is an advantage
- Passion for travel and customer service
