Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end plant HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and employee lifecycle.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations and handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including the Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and CLRA.
- Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, shift management, overtime, and contract labor compliance.
- Coordinate employee training, performance management, and development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, safety, and retention programs.
