Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day road construction activities and ensure work is executed safely, on time, and as per project specifications. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of road construction and heavy equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily road construction activities.
- Ensure proper execution of Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DLC, PQC, CC Road, Drain, Culvert, and Shoulder Works.
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, machinery, and materials for smooth site execution.
- Monitor the productivity of labour and equipment.
- Coordinate the deployment and utilization of JCB, Excavator, Motor Grader, Vibratory Roller, Soil Compactor, Paver Machine, Transit Mixer, Batching Plant, and Tippers.
- Verify road levels, alignment, thickness, and quality as per approved drawings.
- Ensure compliance with IRC, MORTH,



and project specifications.
- Report daily progress, delays, and site issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Maintain site discipline, safety, and housekeeping.
- Ensure availability of materials and minimize wastage.
- Assist in quantity measurements and work certification.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of CC Road, PQC, DLC, GSB, WMM, Earthwork, Drain, and Culvert Works.
- Experience in handling heavy road construction machinery.
- Ability to read construction drawings and execute site work.
- Good leadership and manpower management skills.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards in road projects.
- Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in National Highway, State Highway, PMGSY, Smart City, or Road Infrastructure Projects.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and meet project deadlines.

Salary: As per company standards (based on experience and qualifications).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
