Position: Senior UX Expert / Product UX Lead

Role Overview

- The Senior UX Expert / Product UX Lead will be responsible for enhancing and standardizing the user experience of the ERP product by simplifying complex workflows, improving usability of form-intensive modules, and driving user adoption.
- The role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, Engineering (HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, PHP), QA, and Support teams to ensure UX designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with business processes.
- This is a product-focused UX role, not a UI-only or frontend development position.

Roles & Responsibilities

- 1. UX Strategy & Ownership
- Own the end-to-end UX across all ERP modules.
- Define UX principles aligned with enterprise and ERP user behavior.
- Ensure consistent, intuitive, and efficient user journeys across the product.

- 2. UX Audit & User Research

- Conduct detailed UX audits of existing ERP screens and workflows.
- Interact with end users (Accounts, HR, Store, Project, Site teams) to understand pain points.
- Analyze implementation feedback, support tickets, and usability issues.
- Identify quick wins and long-term UX improvement opportunities.

- 3. UX Design & Redesign

- Create:
- User flows
- Information architecture
- Wireframes and clickable prototypes

- Redesign:

- Form-heavy screens
- Data tables, dashboards, and navigation structures

- Improve validation logic,



error handling, alerts, and system feedback.

- 4. Collaboration & Delivery Support

- Work closely with:
- Business Analysts for process clarity
- Development teams for feasibility within existing architecture
- QA teams for usability validation

- Provide explicit UX specifications, interaction notes, and design documentation.
- Ensure UX intent is retained during development and release cycles.

- 5. UX Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Establish UX standards and guidelines for ERP screens.
- Build and maintain a reusable design system (forms, tables, buttons, alerts).
- Review new features and enhancements for UX compliance.
- Drive continuous UX improvement based on user feedback and usage patterns.
