Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Paraplanner to support financial advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions to clients. The Paraplanner will assist with research, financial analysis, plan preparation, compliance documentation, and client servicing activities.

This role requires strong organizational skills, financial knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning Support

- Prepare comprehensive financial plans and recommendations for clients.
- Analyse client financial data including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, investments, insurance, and retirement goals.
- Assist advisors in developing strategies related to investments, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
- Conduct product and market research to support financial recommendations.

Client Support

- Gather and organize client information and documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes.




- Respond to client queries and maintain professional communication.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of client records and CRM systems.

Compliance & Documentation

- Prepare and review documentation for compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all client files are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Assist with implementation paperwork for investments, insurance, and financial products.

Research & Analysis

- Monitor market trends, investment performance, and economic developments.
- Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow analysis, and portfolio reviews.
- Support advisors with technical research and report preparation.

Administrative Support

- Coordinate appointments and workflow activities.
- Maintain internal records and reporting systems.
- Support operational efficiency within the financial planning team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
