- upervise daily production activities and shop floor operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor manpower utilization and machine performance
- Maintain product quality as per company standards
- Reduce production downtime and material wastage
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments
- Prepare daily production reports and shift reports
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies
- Train and guide production workers and machine operators
