As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This role requires defining high-level customer requirements and designing the necessary business solutions and organizational structures to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the client s vision, ensuring that strategic objectives are clearly articulated and actionable. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business goals and drive transformation initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Drive the development and implementation of business strategies that support organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Must have AI related work experience
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Solid analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing business cases and defining business solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and discussions to gather and validate business requirements.
