Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Noida (Work From Office) (6 Days)
Internship Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and onboarding. You'll work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical exposure to end-to-end HR processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Support HR documentation and MIS reports.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.





Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Available for a full-time, on-site internship in Noida.
