Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to manage retail sales at our outlets in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting our FMCG products (pickles, spices, ghee), and ensuring a smooth in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to walk-in customers and explain product range (pickles, spices, ghee, etc.)
- Actively promote and upsell products to increase counter sales
- Maintain product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement at the counter
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and basic record-keeping
- Ensure product knowledge (ingredients, benefits, usage) to guide customers properly
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment
- Maintain daily sales reports and inventory updates
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience:



1–3 years in retail / counter sales (FMCG preferred)
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of billing systems / POS machines
- Presentable personality with customer-friendly approach
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and mall timings

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in food products (pickles, spices, dairy, ghee, etc.)
- Upselling and cross-selling skills
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food handling practices

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives on sales performance
