Business Analyst (0-3 years experience)

We are seeking a high-performance Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, assist in projects execution from start to finish, and support leadership with reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the central point of communication between clients and internal teams.
- Gathering project details, understanding business needs, and translating them into actionable tasks.
- Create project schedules, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Assign and monitor tasks across design, development, and marketing teams.
- Conduct quality checks before client submission.
- Identify risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Provide progress updates, reports, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business reports (project health, revenue, utilization, KPIs).
- Build presentations, demos, and insights decks for leadership and clients.
- Analyze data, share insights, and propose plans for business progress.




- Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.
- Participate in client discovery and pre-sales calls alongside leadership.
- Prepare presentations, case studies, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Coordinate with the tech team to scope out solutions and draft estimates.
- Build robust relationships with prospects and help convert them into clients.
- Equip yourself with the latest development trends in the web and mobile apps field.

Requirements & Skills

- 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or project management.
- Background in web development, UI/UX, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Basecamp, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, JIRA, or similar.
- Business Tools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides for reports and presentations.
- Exposure to the software development process, coding experience will be a bonus.
- Proposal writing and contract drafting experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; strong client-facing presence.
- Business Acumen: Ability to connect project execution with client goals and agency growth.
- Organization: Outstanding multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
