- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and inspect vehicle damage.
- Prepare accurate repair cost estimates and explain the scope of work clearly before obtaining customer approval.
- Process motor insurance claims, communicate with surveyors, and handle necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with parts and repair departments to ensure the timely completion of all demanded repairs.
- Conduct final quality checks before delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Core Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is frequently preferred.
- requires 0 to 6+ years of experience in an automotive dealership.
- Strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting knowledge, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
