Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Product Listing Executive with experience in managing and optimizing jewellery product listings across Amazon.com (USA Marketplace), Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product catalogue management, listing optimization, keyword research, bulk uploads, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage jewellery product listings on Amazon.com, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, attributes, and backend keywords for improved visibility and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve product rankings.
- Manage product variations, catalogue updates, and inventory synchronization across all platforms.
- Upload and manage Amazon A+ Content, Brand Store pages, and optimize Shopify product pages and collections.
- Create and maintain Shopify collections, product categories, menus, and landing pages.
- Monitor listing health and resolve catalogue, suppression, and indexing issues.
- Handle bulk uploads using Amazon Flat Files, Shopify CSV imports/exports,



and Walmart bulk upload tools.
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and engaging product listings.
- Track listing performance, traffic, and conversion metrics, and generate periodic reports.
- Ensure product information, pricing, images, and inventory remain accurate across all marketplaces.
- Stay updated with Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart marketplace policies and best practices.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in product listing and catalogue management for Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Admin, and Walmart Seller Center.
- Experience with Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
- Hands-on experience with flat files, CSV uploads, and catalogue management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplace listings simultaneously.
- Jewellery industry experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
