Are you an experienced Field Sales Manager with a passion for building teams and growing business?

Parnami Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., an Authorized Jio-bp (Fuel4U) Partner, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Doorstep Diesel business across Western & Central Uttar Pradesh.

This is an excellent chance for professionals from the Fuel, Lubricants, Commercial Vehicles, Tyres, Agri Machinery, Industrial Sales, or FMCG sectors who are ready to manage a high-performing field team and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

- Lead and motivate a team of 11 District Sales Executives.
- Develop new business across assigned districts.
- Build relationships with commercial and bulk diesel customers.
- Drive consistent month-on-month sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Ensure strong customer service and timely collections.
- Work closely with operations to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Track team performance and achieve business targets.

We're Looking For

4–7 years of experience in Field Sales or Sales Team Management

Experience in one or more of the following industries:

- Doorstep Fuel
- Lubricants
- Commercial Vehicles
- Tyres
- Agri Machinery
- Industrial Products




- FMCG B2B Sales

Strong leadership and business development skills

Own 4-Wheeler with a valid Driving Licence

Willing to travel 100–150 KM per day

Graduate in any discipline
