About the Role

Ogera Ventures Private Limited is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing business.The ideal candidate will be a CA Inter pass with a strong background in accounting within a manufacturing or production environment and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and management reports
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory returns, ensuring timely compliance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and monitor cash flow
- Oversee inventory accounting, cost analysis, and costing of manufactured goods
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and supplier payments




- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Maintain proper documentation and adherence to accounting standards
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements as needed

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter or equivalent is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing firm
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Understanding of cost and inventory accounting in a manufacturing setup
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

- Experience with ERP systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing cost control and production accounting
