Need to conduct market research and competitor analysis periodically to gain a better understanding of industrial changes.
Runs beta and pilot programs for major changes whenever introduced to Builderfly as per the latest industry requirements.
Keep track of the customer support team and evaluate the rate and timeline of fixing queries to evaluate the performance of the team
Should have excellent communication & teamwork skills.
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat India
Experience: 2-10 years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Timing: 9.30 am – 7.30 Pm.
CTC: As per industry standard.
