Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Bengaluru

Position Overview
The position involves seeking new customers in the OE space for fans developed and assembled in Bengaluru. Deep and wide network within various industries where such fans are used would be needed to in order to achieve business performance targets.

Essential Job Functions

- Grow existing OE business segments




- Develop new customers among OE
- Achieve quarterly targets
- Refine pricing strategies
- Field travel – expected atleast 12-15 days a month in non metro areas
- Adhere to company reporting rules

Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of work experience
- Thorough technical knowledge of HVAC
- Experience in the marketing of industrial ventilation equipment or industrial fans in the

segment that the Company is in.

- Fluent in English
