- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.




- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- GRC support exposure in a 24x7 Support Environment
- Should be familiar with Mass user creation and Mass role assignment
- Should be familiar with Audit and Assurance, IT Security, Internal Controls, Business or Technology Consulting
- Should have knowledge of Incident and Change Management
- Should be familiar with Financial Processes
- Should be familiar with Risk Management, Regulatory or Compliance
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and ensuring seamless communication between different software components.
- Good understanding of system performance optimization and scalability considerations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Must be comfortable to work in Rotational shifts including night shifts
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
