About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our clients' online visibility and organic search performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization. You will work closely with the content, web development, and marketing teams to drive sustainable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking for search engines.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for website performance, crawlability, and indexing.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and broken links.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including quality backlink building.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content aligned with target keywords.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).




- 5+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or Ubersuggest.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and link-building strategies.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization platforms.

Location: Greater Noida West (Work From Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
