1. User On boarding & Activation

- Drive seamless on boarding for users across corporate clients
- Ensure users understand, access, and actively use Health-e services
- Track activation metrics and follow through until usage is visible

2. HR & Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with HR teams for employee rollouts
- Align on engagement calendars, campaigns, and communication
- Ensure smooth execution of on boarding and engagement plans

3. Continuous Engagement

- Execute ongoing engagement via:
- WhatsApp campaigns
- Emails
- Calls
- Employee Connect (EC) sessions / activations
- Plan and run on-ground or virtual engagement activities

4. Communication & Follow-Ups

- Maintain consistent touchpoints with users and HRs
- Ensure no user or account goes cold
- Drive nudges, reminders, and campaigns to improve usage

5. Feedback & Insights Loop

- Capture real user feedback and behavioural insights
- Identify drop-offs and engagement gaps

Work with internal teams to improve experience

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
