Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of projects while collaborating closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients to drive quality, timelines, and operational excellence.

The role requires strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management capability, problem-solving skills, and a sound understanding of modern technology platforms and software delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects/programs ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive successful execution by proactively identifying and resolving delivery, operational, and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Enable teams by removing blockers, improving coordination, and supporting effective decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, delivery risks, and escalation management.
- Participate in solution planning, estimation reviews, sprint governance, and release management activities.
- Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices, quality standards, security guidelines, and operational processes.
- Work closely with leadership teams to improve delivery efficiency,



governance, and customer experience.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across project execution, communication, and engineering collaboration.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and enterprise application delivery.
- Good understanding of modern technology ecosystems including APIs, cloud platforms, microservices, DevOps, and enterprise integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in managing enterprise software delivery, digital transformation, or large-scale application projects.
- Robust risk management, planning, and coordination capabilities.

Preferred

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Experience in enterprise domains such as FMCG, ERP, BFSI, government, fintech, or digital platforms.
