Job Summary

Worldwide Technology Solutions (WTS) is urgently hiring a Project Manager / Project Lead with proven experience in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, AI/ML Data Operations, and AWS Cloud projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end AI data projects, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring quality deliverables, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Data Annotation and Data Labeling projects.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, engineering teams, QA teams, and annotation teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain annotation quality through robust QA processes.
- Work closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers on dataset requirements.
- Track KPIs, productivity metrics, and SLA compliance.
- Prepare project reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Support project operations using AWS services.




- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, AI/ML Operations.
- Strong knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- Risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with AWS Cloud services.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on AI/ML projects.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
