Job Summary

Winmaxi Holidays And Travels Private Limited is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Tour Manager to oversee domestic and international tour operations. The ideal candidate should have strong travel planning, coordination, and customer service skills to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
- Create and manage travel itineraries based on client requirements.
- Handle hotel, flight, transport, and other travel-related bookings.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and service providers.
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and support.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve operational issues promptly.




- Prepare travel quotations and maintain tour documentation.
- Monitor tour schedules and ensure service quality standards are met.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tour Operations, Travel Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms.
