Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage the team of engineers responsible for recent product development.
- Prepare and monitor project plans for new product development.
- Review designs at multiple stages to ensure correctness, manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness, innovation, safety, adherence to design standards and user friendliness of the design.
- Review engineering drawings, engineering calculations, FEA analysis and other technical documentation related to the design.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturing processes, outsourced items and services data base within the organization.
- Coordinate prototype manufacturing in collaboration with other Production Engineers.Design activities in cross function team related to KAizen,CAPA etc
- Manage manpower within the team including hiring decisions, skill development, skill monitoring, timely reviews and counseling where required.

Educational Background

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher with a good academic record.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
