- Subject Teaching: Deliver daily lessons in English and Social Science (History, Civics, Geography) for classes 4 to 8 according to the prescribed government/state board syllabus.
- General Teaching: Assist with foundational subjects (like EVS or General Science) for lower classes if required by the Headmaster/Principal.
- Evaluation: Conduct continuous and comprehensive evaluations (CCE), maintain progress registers, and prepare student report cards.
- School Support: Assist in administrative and midday meal management, participate in morning assemblies, and support school committees (SMC).
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree (B.A.)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in the medium of instruction (English) along with solid regional language skills for student communication.
- Ability to manage classrooms with diverse student backgrounds.
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
