Framesglobal Infra Services Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating interior fit-out or interior projects, ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, site teams, and management while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical works and MEP coordination.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients,



vendors, contractors, and site engineers.
- Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare project presentations, BOQs, and progress reports.
- Support the project team in planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Ensure proper documentation using MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in interior fit-out or commercial construction projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
