Job Summary

Aashwi ENT Hospital is looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to create engaging healthcare content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos, with a strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities Video Production

- Shoot high-quality videos of doctors, surgeries (where permitted), patient testimonials, hospital events, and awareness campaigns.
- Plan and execute Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and promotional content.
- Set up camera, lighting, microphones, and other equipment for professional-quality shoots.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, hospital facilities, and healthcare services.

Video Editing

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, animations, background music, and sound effects.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and optimize videos for each social media platform.
- Create thumbnails and basic motion graphics when required.

Content Creation

- Work closely with doctors and the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.




- Follow trending reel formats while maintaining a qualified healthcare brand image.
- Produce educational videos on ENT health, patient awareness, surgical procedures, and hospital services.
- Repurpose long videos into multiple short-form clips for social media.

Social Media Support

- Maintain a monthly content production calendar.
- Ensure timely delivery of videos for campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content trends.
- Organize and maintain video files and media assets.

Required Skills

- Experience in videography and video editing (1–3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of camera settings, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and YouTube content strategies.
- Ability to create engaging, high-retention short-form videos.
- Basic photography skills are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI video editing tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
