Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our website growth.

We already have solid traffic coming in.
The focus now is to improve the website experience, structure, and performance so more visitors convert into customers.

This role combines website optimization, conversion improvement, and performance marketing thinking.

Minimum 2 plus years experience in e-commerce and website growth field

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Website Experience (Shopify)

- Improve homepage, product pages, and collection pages
- Make navigation simpler and more intuitive
- Identify where users drop off and fix those gaps

Conversion Optimization (CRO)

- Increase add-to-cart and checkout conversions
- Improve product page clarity (images, content, trust signals)
- Work on offers, pricing display, and buying triggers

Performance Marketing Alignment

- Ensure landing pages match ad intent (Meta / Google)
- Improve conversion from paid traffic
- Work closely on campaign performance improvements

Testing & Improvements

- Run A/B tests on layouts, banners, and content
- Continuously experiment and improve based on data

Analytics & Insights

- Track key metrics (conversion rate,



bounce rate, AOV)
- Use Shopify analytics, GA, and other tools
- Share insights and actionable next steps

What We’re Looking For

- Experience working with Shopify websites
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization
- Basic knowledge of UX and customer behavior
- Familiarity with performance marketing (Meta / Google Ads)
- Data-driven approach to problem solving
- Ability to take ownership and execute independently

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience in fashion / e-commerce brands
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
