The Production In-charge is responsible for managing the daily operations of the production floor. This includes overseeing employees, ensuring safety and quality standards, monitoring production schedules, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process. The supervisor will work closely with other departments to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
