Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground marketing activities, brand promotion, lead generation, and direct customer engagement. Freshers with a passion for sales and marketing are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to assigned areas in Coimbatore to promote products/services.
- Generate quality leads through direct interaction with potential customers.
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, samples) at targeted locations.
- Set up and manage promotional events, kiosks, or roadshows as assigned.
- Collect market intelligence – competitor activities, customer preferences, pricing feedback.
- Report daily activity, leads collected, and conversions to the reporting manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with local retailers, distributors, and key influencers.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer data and feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers (preferred):

- Any graduate (preferably BBA, B.Com, BA, or Diploma in Marketing).
- Solid communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Coimbatore city and outskirts.
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Positive attitude, energetic,



and result-oriented.

For Experienced (1–2 years):

- Prior experience in field sales, direct marketing, or B2C promotions.
- Proven track record of achieving lead generation or sales targets.
- Local knowledge of Coimbatore geography and market is a strong plus.

Skills Required

- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic smartphone operation (WhatsApp, email, maps, data entry).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Time management and self-discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Google Forms/Sheets for reporting (good to have).
