Major Responsibilities :

- Drive process excellence and digital innovation, transformation initiatives as a trusted partner :

- Be the trusted innovation and process excellence partner to our GBS functional units
- Lead the exploration and implementation of creative digital solutions (idea-pilot-scale) to enhance business processes and client interactions
- Ensure alignment of process excellence and digital initiatives with organisational goals and strategies
- Engage with projects, vendors, development partners, and start-ups to ensure best-fit solutions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and defined quality requirements

- Assess emerging digital trends and technologies:

- Monitor and evaluate advancements in digital platforms, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation
- Analyse the potential impact of digital trends on existing business models, products, and systems

- Develop and present business cases for process improvement and digital opportunities

- Create compelling business cases that outline the value, feasibility, and ROI of proposed digital initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership to secure funding and support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions:

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions
- Facilitate effective communication and teamwork across diverse teams to ensure successful project execution





- Provide strategic insights on digital disruption and its impact:

- Offer expert guidance on how digital disruption influences business operations and client engagement
- Advise on strategies to adapt to and leverage digital changes in local and global contexts

- Further, the role includes responsibility for:

- Identifying and driving areas of improvement
- Acting as role-model for colleagues and peers
- Supporting the team mandate by meeting requirements/expectations from stakeholders
