Job Title: Intern Operations & Support

Job Summary

The Intern Operations & Support will assist in backend operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to customer support, data management, internal coordination, and marketing support activities. The internship is designed to help candidates gain practical industry experience while contributing meaningfully to team efficiency and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Support backend operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.
- Perform accurate data entry, record maintenance, and documentation.
- Conduct tele-calling for feedback collection, information sharing, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Assist in organizing and supporting marketing and academic events, including logistics and material coordination.




- Support claims processing and follow up on pending or outstanding claims.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 0–1 years of experience or currently pursuing/completed a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of administrative and backend operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
