SOFT SKILLS: PROBLEAM SOLVING, ABILITY,COMMUNICATION SKILLS , RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY, POSITIVE ATTITUDE , CONFLICT RESOLUTION , STRESS MANAGEMENT

TECHNICAL SKILLS: EOT MAINTENANCE , BREAK DOWN MANITENANCE SUPPORT , MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE , ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE , HYDRAULIC KNOWLEDGE , BEARING REPLACEMENT AND ALLIGNMENT, LUBRICATION MANAGEMENT , MOTOR AND GEAR BOX MAINTENANCE , COMPRESSOR MANITENANCE , WELDING AND GAS CUT BASIS, TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for preparing Preventive check list for all machines. Responsible for Preventive maintenance activities for all the machines.



Responsible to Maintain Machine History Card for all machines Responsible to maintain & Monitoring Machine Breakdown register and initiating suitable Corrective Action. Responsible for machines are kept clean. Ensure to carry out improvement activities as per machine review report.
