About the Role

Wellesley Hotel is a boutique heritage property in Pune, and we are looking for a confident and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to be the face of our hotel. This role involves managing guest interactions while ensuring smooth front office and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently
- Handle reservations, bookings, and payment confirmations
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve queries promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations
- Maintain booking systems, guest records, and daily reports
- Ensure all booking platforms are active and updated
- Follow company policies related to payments, credit notes, and guest handling




- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-groomed front desk presence

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk / hospitality
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Graduate in any field (Hospitality preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and booking systems
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations
