Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sales and execution across assigned DMart & Vishal Mega Mart stores.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability.
- Maintain shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with store teams and distributors for timely replenishment.
- Execute promotions, new product launches, and in-store activations.
- Monitor competitor activities and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of Modern Trade sales experience in FMCG/Food.
- Experience handling DMart and/or Vishal Mega Mart stores is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and MS Excel skills.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
